Blueberry Pie Filling Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups blueberries
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large pan, add the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice. Mix well.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

Use for blueberry pie or any recipe that calls for blueberry pie filling. It is also delicious topped on vanilla ice cream.
