Breakfast Egg Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 6 Eggs, Seasoned & Scrambled
- 1 Pack Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Cooking Oil
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stovetop.
- In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
- Fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain the excess cooking oil.


AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
- Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil. Place the egg rolls on an air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
- Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil. Line the egg rolls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
