Breakfast Egg Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 6 Eggs, Seasoned & Scrambled
  • 1 Pack Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Cooking Oil

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stovetop.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
  3. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
  4. Fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain the excess cooking oil.

AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
  2. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
  3. Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil. Place the egg rolls on an air fryer basket.
  4. Set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.
  4. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add 3 tablespoons of eggs to each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll.
  5. Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil. Line the egg rolls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Cook for about 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
