Air Fryer Fried Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

• Mushrooms
• 1 cup Flour
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 2 Eggs
• Cooking Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. Combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a medium sized bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
4. Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs and back into the flour mixture.
5. Spray the mushrooms with cooking oil and place on an air fryer basket.
6. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
