Homemade Berry Crumble Pie

Ingredients:

Crust:

• 9 graham crackers
• 8 tbsp. butter
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Filling:

• 2 cups blueberries
• 2 cups strawberries
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:

• 1 cup oats
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 9 tbsp. butter

Instructions:

1. Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse, until finely crushed. If you do not have a food processor, place the graham crackers in a zip lock bag and smash crackers with a rolling pin until finely crushed.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, remove from heat.
3. Mix the crackers and sugar into the melted butter.
4. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
5. Air fry on 360 for 9 minutes. Set aside.
6. In a large mixing bowl combine the blueberries, strawberries, sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and the vanilla. Toss to combine until evenly coated.
7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
8. In a medium mixing bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Cut in the butter.
9. Evenly cover the top of the pie with the crumble.
10. Air fry on 350 for 10 minutes.
11. Serve with cool whip (optional).
