Elvis Egg Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 6 Bananas, cut in halves
  • 1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 6 Pieces Bacon, cooked and halved
  • Melted Chocolate for garnish
  • Melted Reese’s Peanut Butter Baking Chips for garnish
  • Vegetable Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Lay out the egg roll wrappers.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the middle of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Top with 1 piece of bacon and 1 piece of banana.
  4. Roll up the egg rolls and seal with a drop of water.
  5. Lightly coat each egg roll with vegetable oil.
  6. Place the egg rolls in an air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry on 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Flip the egg rolls and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and peanut butter.
