Vegetable Egg Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 Head of Cabbage, Shredded
- 4 Carrots, Shredded
- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions and garlic in a large pan on the stovetop.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well. Continue cooking until done.
- Lay out the egg rolls wrappers. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture. Roll up the egg rolls and use a bit of water to seal.
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stovetop.
- Add the egg rolls.
- Fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove the egg rolls from the pan and place on paper towels to drain the excess cooking oil.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS:
- Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil.
- Place the egg rolls in a single layer on an air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
- Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil.
- Line the egg rolls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
