  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and powder sugar. Mix in the cherries and chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stovetop.
  3. Lay out the egg roll wrappers and add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture to each wrapper. Fold the ends and roll up the egg rolls. Seal with a little bit of water.
  4. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
