Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Egg Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Cooking Oil

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and powder sugar. Mix in the cherries and chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan on the stovetop.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers and add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture to each wrapper. Fold the ends and roll up the egg rolls. Seal with a little bit of water.
- Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Set on a plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
