Chicken Rice Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 4 Carrots, chopped
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Rice

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan on the stovetop, cook the chicken for a few minutes on each side.
- Add the garlic, onions, carrots and continue cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the rice.
- Bring to a boil. Cover. Turn down heat. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Shred the chicken.
- Add the rice and continue cooking for about 10 minutes or until the rice is done.
