INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Box Mac & Cheese
  • 2 Cups Crushed Club Crackers
  • 2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the mac and cheese according to the box directions.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of club crackers.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a plate.
  4. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
  6. Dip each mac and cheese ball into the egg and then crushed club crackers. Repeat until all of the balls are coated.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan on the stovetop.
  8. Fry the balls until golden brown.
