Fried Mac & Cheese Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Box Mac & Cheese
- 2 Cups Crushed Club Crackers
- 2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the mac and cheese according to the box directions.
- Mix in 1 cup of club crackers.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a plate.
- Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Dip each mac and cheese ball into the egg and then crushed club crackers. Repeat until all of the balls are coated.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on the stovetop.
- Fry the balls until golden brown.
