Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1-2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 4 Carrots, chopped
- 1 Head of Cabbage, shredded
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan on the stovetop, cook the chicken for a few minutes on each side.
- Add the garlic, onions, carrots, cabbage and continue cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil. Cover. Turn down heat. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Shred the chicken.
