Jalapeno Pepper Jam Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 10 jalapenos
- 1 (1.75 ounce) box pectin
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Finely chop the bell peppers and jalapenos.
- Add the peppers to a large pot.
- Pour the pectin over the peppers.
- Add the apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil.
- Once it is boiling, stir in the sugar until dissolved. Continue boiling for about 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour into jars. Place a lid and ring onto the top of each of the jars.
- Place the jars in a water bath and process for about 15 minutes or until they have sealed. You will hear a popping noise once sealed.

TIPS:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
This jam goes perfect with cream cheese and crackers or in a peanut butter sandwich!
