Vegetable Cabbage Soup Recipe:
LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1 Head Of Cabbage
- 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Mined
- 3 Carrots, Chopped
- 2 Potatoes, Diced
- 1 Celery Stick, Sliced
- 1 (28 Ounce) Can Diced Tomatoes
- 32 Ounces Vegetable Broth
- Juice Of Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pot on the stovetop.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, onions, celery and garlic.
- Add the seasonings. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, tomatoes and vegetable broth.
- Add the juice of 1 small lemon.
- Bring to a boil. Cover. Turn heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
