We’ve all tried jalapeno poppers but how about jalapeno poppers stuffed in mushrooms!? If you like mushrooms and jalapeno poppers this recipe is for you! This perfect combo makes a perfect appetizer everyone is sure to love!!!

JALAPENO POPPER STUFFED MUSHROOMS
INGREDIENTS:
- Mushrooms
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup colby jack shredded cheese
- 4 roasted Jalapenos, diced
- 8 pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Mix all of the remaining ingredients together.
- Fill each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
