Jalapeno Popper Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup colby jack shredded cheese
- 4 roasted Jalapenos, diced
- 8 pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Season the chicken breasts and place them on a glass baking dish.
- Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the oven. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the pieces of chicken. Top with additional crumbled bacon and jalapenos (optional).
- Return the chicken to the oven and cook for about 20 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
