Air Fryer Loaded Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Can Nacho Cheese, Heated
- Sour Cream
- Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place the potatoes on an air fryer basket.
- Spray the potatoes with cooking oil.
- Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the potatoes. Toss.
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Cook the potatoes for about 13 minutes, shaking the basket to rearrange the potatoes throughout cooking.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer.
- Top the potatoes with nacho cheese, sour cream and crumbled bacon.
