INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Large Potatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Chedder Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Pack Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Skin the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes.
  3. Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes. Return the potatoes to the pan.
  4. Add the melted butter and mash the potatoes.
  5. Stir in the milk.
  6. Add the chives, salt, pepper, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix ingredients well.
  7. Heat until cheese is melted.
  8. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
