INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix well. Stir in the vanilla extract and the eggs.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the white chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 2-inch balls. Place on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
