Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup colby jack shredded cheese
- 4 roasted Jalapenos, diced
- 8 pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Onion Powder
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Cooking Oil
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil. Set aside
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers
- Add about three tablespoons of the jalapeno popper mixture to each egg roll wrapper
- Fold in sides and roll up the egg roll
- Coat with cooking oil
- Line the egg rolls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers
- Add about three tablespoons of the jalapeno popper mixture to each egg roll wrapper
- Fold in sides and roll up the egg roll
- Coat with cooking oil
- Place egg rolls on an air fryer basket
- Set the air fryer to 375 and cook for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
FRIED INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers
- Add about three tablespoons of the jalapeno popper mixture to each egg roll wrapper
- Fold in sides and roll up the egg roll
- Heat cooking oil in a pan on the stove top
- Fry the egg rolls for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown
- Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess cooking oil
