Air Fryer Parmesan Asparagus and Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the asparagus on an air fryer tray.
- In a large measuring cup, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the asparagus. Mix well. Be sure to coat the asparagus completely.
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Cook the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
