Air Fryer Fried Green Beans
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can or fresh Green Beans
- 1 cup Flour
- 40 Club Crackers, finely crushed
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour the flour into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, add the crushed club crackers.
- In a third bowl, add the eggs and whisk.
- One by one dip the green beans into the flour, egg and then crushed club crackers.
- If you want your green beans extra crispy, dip in egg and club crackers one more time. (Optional)
- Place green beans on an air fryer basket.
- Spray green beans with cooking oil.
- Set the air fryer to 375. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
