Easy Tomato Pie Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Butter spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a cupcake pan with butter.
- Remove the biscuits from the can and flatten out each biscuit. Place each biscuit inside the bottom and sides of one of the cupcake cavities.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the cheese and mayonnaise.
- Fill each biscuit with the tomatoes.
- Top with cheese mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
