INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can Biscuits
- 7 Sausage Links, cooked and sliced
- 1 pack Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 Eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese.
- Spray a cupcake pan with butter spray or cooking oil.
- Cut a biscuit in half. Flatten out half of the biscuit with a rolling pin and place inside the bottom and sides of one of the cupcake cavities.
- Fill the biscuit with the egg, sausage, bacon and cheese mixture.
- Flatten out a quarter piece of a biscuit and use it as the top. Pinch together the edges of the biscuits.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
