INGREDIENTS:
- Cooking Oil
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Cups Finely Crushed Club Crackers
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the crushed club crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl or plate.
- Add the flour to a separate bowl.
- In a third bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip the chicken into the flour, then egg, and then dip into the crushed club crackers.
- Dip the chicken back in the egg and club crackers a second time. (optional)
- Generously spray the chicken with cooking oil on both sides.
- Place the chicken on an air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 360 and cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until done, flipping once halfway through.
