Easter Crack

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
  3. Add a single layer of crackers. Set aside. 
  4. Heat brown sugar and butter in a skillet on stove top. Bring to boil. Heat to 270-290 degrees.
  5. Pour the melted brown sugar and butter over the crackers. 
  6. Bake 5 minutes. 
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips and pour over the crackers. 
  8. Top with the marshmallows and sprinkles. Pat down with spatula.
  9. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. 

Break apart and eat!

  4. Set the air fryer to 300 degrees and air fry for 5 minutes. Remove from the air fryer.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips and pour over the crackers. 
  6. Top with the marshmallows and sprinkles. Pat down with spatula.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
