Peach Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 teaspoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups peaches. pealed and diced

Instructions:
- Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with butter. Sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients.
- Fold in the peaches.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
