Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 green bell peppers
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Rinse the bell peppers. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and clean out the seeds.
- Boil bell peppers in a large pot of water for 5 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to the package.
- Cook the ground beef on stove top. Drain well. Return to pan.
- Add garlic, onion and rice to meat. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta sauce. Cook 5 minutes.
- Fill each bell pepper with meat mixture.
- Top with pasta sauce and/or cheese (optional).
- Bake for 30 minutes.
